We kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or missed will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. We completely understand that sometimes the unexpected happens and we will always do our best to be understanding where possible.

NEW CLIENT COLOUR APPOINTMENTS:

For our new colour clients we kindly ask for a deposit to secure your appointment, unfortunately we are unable to book or hold colour appointments without a deposit. Your deposit will be taken off the total cost of your appointment on the day.
